I am a wife, mother, artist, and author who writes from the heart. I believe in honesty, authenticity, and owning your own unique journey. To me, self-acceptance is the key to freedom and to fully embracing the beautiful gift that is life.
My journey has been shaped by profound health and personal challenges, including receiving late diagnoses at 39 of ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, PTSD, and PMDD. Watching my son navigate his own ADHD journey and the challenges that come with living in a world that is not always built to support neurodivergent minds has further fueled my passion for advocacy, understanding, and self-discovery.
Through my writing and advocacy, I hope to support others on similar journeys by encouraging authenticity, self-compassion, and the courage to embrace who they truly are. I believe there is strength, beauty, and power in being unapologetically yourself.
Welcome
Are you a late-diagnosed woman navigating ADHD or autism?
Are you moving through menopause, PMDD, anxiety, burnout, or the feeling that no one truly understands what’s happening inside your mind and body?
Are you the mother of a neurodivergent child?
Have you spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, exhausted, or alone in your journey?
Then my book is for you. x
The Brilliant Brain Club
I am so proud to share that The Brilliant Brain Club is a heartfelt children’s book written by my son when he was only 10 years old.
He was inspired by his own lived experiences as a neurodivergent child navigating school, friendships, big emotions, and learning differently.
Written by a child for other children, this book is designed to help kids feel seen, understood, and less alone.
Filled with encouragement, relatable moments, and tips that have helped him along the way. He wants every child to know everyone learns differently and that is what makes you brilliant.
